Kimmy and ButchThey started out wanting to find a rental because their Landlord decided he was going to sell the home they rented for years. They didn’t think they were in a position to purchase at the present time, but after digging a little deeper into the reasons, I showed them how they could indeed get their own place, and probably pay less monthly than if they rented. 2 months later and “It’s moving time”!!!
